The environment we live in, and how we relate to it is intrinsically liked to social integration. Clearly there are regulatory requirements to provide affordable housing as part of any large scale residential development, but this does not have to mean poorly designed and finished ‘boxes’. Our role is to create the opportunity for people to live in high quality, sustainable homes, and by doing so enhance the value of an overall development.
