In planning terms, results are all that matter, so here are just some of the success stories of our directors*:

SevenoaksResidential planning consent in Sevenoaks; a site that was:

  • zoned for employment use
  • located in a flood plane
  • within a conservation area
  • contaminated.

Detailed planning consent for residential use was secured at first attempt.

Residential planning consent in Maidstone; a site that was:

  • zoned for employment use
  • contaminated.

Detailed planning consent for residential use was secured at first attempt under delegated powers.

Mixed-use planning consent in Guildford; a site that was:

  • adjoining an area of natural beauty
  • believed for many years to be inappropriate for development.

Detailed planning consent was obtained at first attempt for a 10,000ft leisure facility, and fifteen spectacular, luxury residential units.

Residential planning consent in London Borough of Bexley; a site that was:

  • already with the benefit of outline planning consent for a residential development
  • refused three times at Planning Committee, despite the strong recommendations for approval from the Council Officers.

Detailed planning consent was eventually won on Appeal, with full costs being awarded in our favour against the Council.
